So I'm needing to order a few things. I was going to get 3" led strips for my speaker grilles but seen the adjustable leds that mount individually. Seem pretty nice. Has anyone had any experience with them? It says 2 wire hookup, thats meaning every led has its own 2 wires right?

I've used the LED singles for my air vents, they're basically the same thing, just the adjustable ones have an arm so you can point the LED wherever you want. They're really easy, it's just a simple 2-wire connect. I have mine hooked up to the music interface.
Do you mean your door speakers?

Yeah my door speakers. I was thinking at first 3" strips, but I may just order single leds instead. The adjustables come with an easy way to mount is the only reason I'd get those. I've not taken my door panels off to get a great look at how much room I have around the speaker, but I'm sure the singles would work better.
I've also got another nice plan for the speakers that I don't believe I have seen anywhere yet.

If you've got the room, you might want to use the 3" strips, the singles probably won't illuminate much
That could look pretty cool too, though.

Well see if I used the LED's, I was going to put 2 of them in each speaker grille. Cause 4 grilles, and I'm doing 2 colors. So yeh.

Yeah so far it looks good. But I won't know till my other color gets in to match my instrument cluster(orange). A friend of mine apparently got me a few orange lights for christmas and I've yet to get them from her, this isn't the first time though she's got me something and I've not been able to get it. Seems there's always some excuse for her. One time she even lead me on to believe she had them even tho 3 weeks before they were accidently thrown out!
So I'll be kinda pissed if I don't have them this week... I want my interior mostly done by the weekend hopefully.

I enjoy reading about innovation and creativity when the subject is glow. A friend installed the led bolts with speakers and later added the led singles in his door panels. He also used the led bols for his arm rest and interior door handle (connected to courtesy circuit).
I would love to see pics of finished project. Best of Luck!

Well I thought about getting this little set of single led's, I believe they are made by Pilot, from Advance. I don't know how bright they are though.

Yep. That's what I've heard. A friend got one or 2 of their neon products and they put off a decent light but I hated working with it. Very cheaply made.
